FCC Phnom Penh, located on #363 Street Sisowath Quay Phnom Penh now is seeking for a qualified candidate to fill up the position of:
ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (male/ female – 1 position)
Responsible for assisting overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food and beverages (a team of about 40), in coordination with the F&B Manager.
Ensure proper coordination with kitchen and bar on daily or monthly specials and promotions: possess sound knowledge on food & beverage, up-selling skills and on availability of menu items. Perform duties common to all supervisors, as well as other duties as may be assigned by his/her supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Restaurant Manager in 4 or 5 star hotels or other service industry
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability in leading the team, training subordinates and motivating them
- Handling guest’s needs effectively with good manners and positive and welcome attitude at all time
- Responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, in coordination with his/her supervisor
- Ability to create a good climate through public relations with all customers
- Good command of computer MS Office, Email and Internet
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must
- Pleasant personality and healthy looking
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be eager to learn new things/ skills
- Be committed
- Be honest, and not afraid to ask for help instead of pretending
